My Story
There was a time when I forgot who I was—when pain, addiction, and people-pleasing had me dimming my light just to survive. But the truth? My soul never stopped whispering. And eventually, I answered the call.
My healing didn’t happen overnight—it came in layers, in grief, in sacred remembrance. Through it all, I discovered something I now hold sacred: every wound is a portal, and every woman carries the power to transmute her past into purpose.
Today, I stand in full devotion to that truth. I’ve walked the path of reclaiming my voice, my energy, and my crown—and now I help other women do the same. Whether it’s through reiki, coaching, or the Reclaim Your Crown course, I hold space for women to rise in sovereignty and softness, to lead from wholeness—not wounding.
